I knew someone diagnosed in their 70s, but signs had been there by way of years long B12 (“pernicious anemia”) and copper deficiencies. They had calcium and vitamin D deficiencies as well, but most people I know have had some vit D deficiency at some point, so that alone won’t tell you much.
