Judge Xinis said she had “no tolerance for patience or gamesmanship,” repeatedly invoked her power as a district judge, and cited the Constitution quite forcefully at several points. At least once she shook her head in frustration when the DOJ lawyer started dissembling and rebuked him on the spot.
