Finished an ending of SHf on the hardest combat difficulty and man that's where you really can see some major shortcomings in the enounter design, but also seeing that sometimes it appears that the counter stuff just doesn't work outright. Which feels a great deal more annoying than just dying

Decided to start A Witch in Mongolia before the adaptation in July, and while I think there's a few soft bits in the writing and a few too many early time skips as table dressing, conceptually and art wise this is an absolute vibe and you can definitely tell the artist was trying to capture
