Ukraine still needs America in more or less adequate state, in order to oppose russia or China.

It is not so much about "taking arms". More about "what to do when governmental military goes violent". SOmeone should be hm... Experienced enough to stop them.

I remember how in the Soviet Union a few massacres apperated to suppress the protestors. Hopefully won't happen in America.

I have seen the news about it as I googled some "more local" sources.
But I mean, even fired and retired war veterans are still war veterans, even fired powerholders and legislators have extensive experience and connections.

I also have heard the analysis related to American government where some moderate polititians try to come with at least somehow viable solutions related to Ukraine.

And I see the STRONG effort of diplomatic allies of America in international negotioations that Trump claims to be made by him.🔽

I also see some legal initiatives related to support of the people impacted by the current policy. Which are also a part of peaceful resistance.

Until Trump's presidency all newspapers were about the US life. Now nothing is covered besides Trump. No protests, no disasters.🔽

I have been observing the ways of peaceful protest in the USA for some time already.
While it does not change the root of the situation (nazi putin's loverboy), local initiatives, such as

*patrols to protect civillians from kidnapping
*harassment of ICE - seem to protect at least some lives. 🔽

You know the difference between peaceful protests in America and russia?
In russia, 10 people will run from one cop.
In America, one frog will make a few cops step back, lol.
I still strongly expect American Government and military to step up and do something FUCKING USEFUL.

Or came back home and killed some other russian.

Yep. Up untill fullscale invasion to Ukraine, the majority of russians that died a violent death - were killed, raped or mutilated by... other russians.

Yeah, I mean, I understand that we are starting a WWIII and all that jazz, everyone has their local crimes, everyone is stressed and busy.

But forgetting that one country committed war crimes in multiple states and now is _normalised_ - is one of the reasons why we are "here".

Meantime, some pilots who bombed Syria were killed in Ukraine for trying to bomb our cities (don't come back from the grave, fuckers).

The russian crimes not stopped there are spreading globally. Guilty ones are not punished. They are resting in luxurious russian villas.

The idea to move thousands of bodies came into being in late 2018, when Assad was verging on victory in Syria’s civil war, said the former Republican Guard officer. The dictator was hoping to regain international recognition after being sidelined by years of sanctions and allegations of brutality, the officer said. At the time, Assad had already been accused of detaining Syrians by the thousands. But no independent Syrian groups or international organizations had access to the prisons or the mass graves.

Why do I care?
Massive graves in Mariupol were destroyed in the similar manner. I can understand. And I understand that each country attacked by russia will be forced to "regaining diplomatic connection and saving russian miliatry bases".
Until russia is stopped. 🔽
