MIC Limerick Library has a large Audio-Visual collection which includes teaching resources for School Placement, CDs and DVDs, and Microfilm documents such as Manuscripts and historic Newspapers which can be viewed our microfilm readers.

The AV Library is located on the first floor.

Text: Audio Visual Library - MIC Limerick Campus has a large audio-visual collection which is held on the first floor of the library. We offer: Material for School Placement (e.g. posters, CDs, DVDs, cards, books, kits, realia). DVDs (e.g. feature films, documentaries, television series). CDs (Audio recordings compilations of voices that have been captured as they discuss their own lives, histories and experiences of events in Irish national and social history). Microfilm (Mainly national and regional newspapers from the 19th and 20th centuries, with some newspapers from the 18th century, and manuscripts from the National Irish Folklore Collection).
