Happy New Year! Welcome back to our academic staff!

The library staff are back to work and our to do lists are filling up. Here's your reminder that you need to request your new reading list and we will let you know when it's ready to update.

We are signing off today from MIC Thurles and Limerick Libraries for the Christmas Break, to all our staff and their families Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

It's exam season, and it's been a very busy semester 1, and every year we remind our students to look after themselves and this year, since we have an academic focused social media presence, we want to remind our staff to look after themselves!

It's exam time again. Here are some tips to help you prepare for the two weeks ahead.

MIC Limerick Library is open 9am - 10pm (10am - 6pm on Saturday 6th and 13th Dec). MIC Thurles Library is open 9am - 9pm (9am - 5pm on Fridays).

The Bottle Bin has been moved to the Library Entrance. The proceeds from these donations go towards the Student Welfare Fund run by MISU. This move also aligns with our promotion of sustainable practices within and around the Library. A great way to help overall!

Week 12 is upon us & the library staff are hard at work making sure that our books are available for both staff & students. We have gone through Lost and Missing Lists, please check your shelves and desks and bring library books back to the Library Desk, we can reissue or return them for you.

Our first MIC Thurles graduating class to graduate here in Thurles!
We are so proud of you, Class of 2025, and so happy we had the chance to celebrate alongside you all.
Our graduates made the processional walk from the Cathedral back to St. Pat’s Campus and the sun shone all day long!

An exciting week in Thurles! For the first time since St. Pats. Thurles became MIC Thurles we are holding Graduation back in Thurles!
We can't wait to see our Class of 2025 walk out of the Cathedral on Friday with their degrees.
The library will close at 5pm Thursday & remain closed Friday Oct 31st.

The Mary Immaculate College Research Repository - MIRR, gives access to published and unpublished works of MIC faculty and researchers as well as research Masters and Doctoral theses and dissertations awarded to MIRR researchers, digital archives and internal collections.
