Tomorrow is a city council vote on Intro 1125, which asks the NYCDOE to report data on school libraries (and lack thereof). Rally at city hall at noon!!! This is looking promising!

Next week is a hearing for NYC's Committee on Education. They will be voting on Intro 1125 – the Librarians Count Bill. This bill requires the DOE to report annually on the number of libraries/librarians in schools, number of students with weekly class time, etc. Want to help?!
