They have been buttering up the military entities. Changes are happening internally, weekly inspections that weren't being done previously, promises of upgraded barracks and raises. This will be their first line when they let it be known they aren't leaving and the destruction of America continues.

The US military is following Trump’s illegal orders to murder civilians in international waters in the Caribbean. Of course, they will follow orders to murder civilians within the US as well.
