Looking into Derek Walcott, there are some clearly intentional parallels between Hopkinson’s novel and one of Walcott’s plays, Ti-Jean and His Brothers. Might be interesting context to dive into for the second episode.

MD Thermochrome version 0.2 is now available!

This is a pretty big update, with 6 new weights (i.e. 600% more than v0.1), all of them duplexed to allow for various stacking and layering effects. Also a variable font, and slightly better language support.

co-signing the Arturia mini lab. I also am very fond of its pads for finger percussion, etc. I also have the Native Instruments M32 key controller which I like for the additional key range, but if portability is key I’d go Arturia.

Working through the Chimera Ant arc of HunterxHunter and just baffled by how good it is. HxH is a story with a complicated legacy, given its noticeable affect on Togashi's health. Despite that, its a deeply subversive work that shines like none of its contemporaries
