If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

I sent appeals for all my accounts and it seems I am far from the only person, so we'll see if there's a reversal 😅 15 years of hell and all I got was this random ban

yep, I checked the github and saw a lot of other comments saying they also got suspended. good thing is that hopefully a mass error will... oh, right, it's run by bots now

over the past few months I've been diving heavy into a new fandom which has been very inviting, friendly, and creative. it's also completely absent from this site due to there being nearly no Korean users here. so that's another reason I've grown a little more distant with using this place

the worrying change in moderation guidelines about NSFW content is also making it hard to want to set down roots here. it's exhausting to worry that something like writing dubcon about fictional government employees will get you in trouble

I'll be honest, my hope for this site has been fading. it was nice for a bit as it felt like a quiet corner with just a few people, but it's also very exclusionary and feels judgemental. obviously it's not like the other website is any better in that regard, but it's the devil you know, you know?
