Yeah - didn't he have his lines on his knee during that scene, as they were written right up to just before they filmed (which is why he keeps looking down at his lap). Great guy and actor, love him in anything he's in.

I always thought it was grated potato, and fried. Like a hash brown? But no.. my god:
