It is. Most of these I already cancelled, but do use Spotify from time to time as well as Max.
I wrote them both and said I wouldn’t use or resub until they removed their ICE ads.

YouTube... maybe I can switch to TikTok? I feel I need to see what’s going on. Wish BS had more video format.

I take Spravato (ketamine spray) clinically sometimes for depression etc.

It’s also a primary medication for PTSD.

Rounds of Spravato have incidentally helped me process “political PTSD” and the trauma around the constant stress of all of this.

Maybe it’s an option for those who are paralyzed.

If you ever make new videos, I’ll be on the lookout. But I can only imagine the sheer weight of it. I feel I’ve only recently begun to really process things, and making videos to help others in the midst of your processing is … hard.
