Good night everyone!

One thing I'm grateful for today, 10/18/25, is the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobooks which have absolutely enchanted my spouse and I and made our commutes way more interesting!

This feels worth doing every day.

Lol i feel that sentiment. Like clearly someone needed to guide that kid, and it wasn't going to be his parents, which is crazy because you have enough to worry about working in a restaurant without also having to Pseudo-parent someone's crotch goblins.

Anime Question of the day;

What is an Anime you wish more people would watch?

For me, I would have to say Chihayafuru. It's a fantastically well done sports story with great characterization, well done character drama, and it's source is the best manga I have ever read.

The absolute award winning parents weren't even paying attention to them until they were ready to leave, and didn't even know where they all were. It made me want to get a Vasectomy, like yesterday.

Maybe I don't have a right to complain, because I'm not a parent, but I've also never flown a 🧵

Or something like that, its a pizza place where like half the restaurant is a bar, and there were people actively drinking, as 4 children probably ranging from age 3 to 7 are doing laps around the dining room, taking things off tables, shouting, bumping into tables people are eating at, etc. And 🧵

At the risk of sounding luke a jerk, if you are too negligent of a parent to stop your 4 children from treating a restaurant like a playground, maybe you should bring the food home, instead of relying on the kindness of strangers in the place of being a parent. And this place wasn't a McDonald's 🧵

Its really good. You have to be reactionary with it though, you want to hit that button when your opponent selects a move targeting your mon. If you can negate a strong move with a long cool down it can really get you out of a tight spot

My first thoughts on Pokémon Legends Z-A
4 hours of gameplay in

-I love how this battle system feels, especially since Arceus was lacking for me
-protect is OP
-I thought I would find myself missing ride pokemon more, but traversal does feel pretty good
-it feels like it will have replayability

Our lovely foster daughters, Scarlett Moon and Jolly Rancher. They are a bonded pair who prefer a quiet space and would do best in a home without human children, but cats instead.
