A street under construction. There is an excavator beside a large hole. There are pylons closing the street. Signage indicates "Street closed", "Sidewalk closed ahead. Cross here", and a pictograph of a shared bike/ bus lane. A small portion of the roadway furthest from construction activities has been lined with pylons as temporary bike lane.

I certainly can't see behind the US gov curtain, but I can't help but wonder if those who could stop the madness just won't, out of spite, or sick curiosity. Or both.

Like how I absolutely will not put my coworkers' dirty dishes in the dishwasher for them.

There was always music playing in my house. My Sundays were often spent sitting on the back of the couch, with records lined up in the order I wanted to play them.
My Mom took me to my first concert in elementary school. That was probably the most impactful for me. So, about 11 years old.

If only Autowa would invest in transit, instead of a multi million dollar arena we don't need and didn't ask for. Perhaps drivers would be able to get around more easily if there were fewer of them on the road.

Lansdowne is simple: you don’t get to give $419 Million to your campaign donor buddies until you fix the transit system you’ve been starving, the crumbling social supports in the city driving homelessness, or the $10 Billion dollar infrastructure repair backlog.
