My dissociation has been so bad for months, nothing is real around me nor am I even real at this point anymore. My memory loss has been worse & worse, I keep forgetting to mail out orders, fix edits on artwork, do something all because of my stupid brain being crushed by CSF fluid non fucking stop

At what point do i just throw in the towel!

Income has been dry for months because I cant work fast enough, causing more stress & anxiety, leading to a vicious non stop cycle.!

This isn’t to guilt anyone, just explaining why I’ve been so slow

I keep suffering from terrible headaches flare ups from my occipital neuralgia which cause terrible painful headaches & eye pain. My memory loss has been worse & worse, my joints are so stiff & hurt so bad from the diuretics im on for my IIH.

I just want to give up

I don’t know how much longer I can keep going.

My anxiety, depression, dissociation along with my IIH/ON have been affecting my work so heavily that I’ve been barely been able to work for a couple months now. I can’t see my therapist for a couple of weeks from now, my meds barely work

They do!! Theres so many different kinds out there! I recommend Janome tho! :-) they have a 4 needle & 7 needle version!
