I didn't share, but I did try to take some 80 column CGA pictures yesterday, but most ended up looking like abstract art lol.

Well, looks like I have two dead Mavica batteries and one good one, but at least the one good one is real good, so I'm not too worried. Still, sucks not having three good ones, but it's better than none. The two bad ones superficially work, but I lucked out on using the one good one this whole time.

Well, no Mavica pics today. I went to test the other two batteries after the one I've been using has held a charge like a regular battery, but I was hyperfocused on the two others that I left the one known working one at home lol.
Who'd've guessed 20-something year old batteries don't hold a charge.

i'm not exactly sure what Genki has planned for TXR '25 aside from the PS5 port and adding anime vtubers (i guess), but i do hope they add a quick race mode like the older games. 100-rival battle on one lifebar is pretty fun to play, honestly.

i should have another camera arriving soon. can't say when but i can't wait to mess around with this one lol.
and yes it's another ancient digicam nobody cares about, but i think it might result in some interesting stuff. we'll see though

well i switched over to the 9060xt just to see if the drivers have matured a little bit. it wasn't tenable with the issues in krita but i don't have much going on so i might as well use it in the meantime.

So some updates with that C600 I've been fiddling with. Both units (one is my from my childhood) have some kind of coil whine originating from the GPU. Was pulling my hair out thinking it was some EMI issue with the display/speakers, but no.
I think this gets drowned out if using original HDDs...
