I'd like to see the next Dem candidate for president (and the entire party) run on a platform of immediately recognizing the ICC and supporting its prosecutions of all who violate international law including heads of state promoting murder, piracy, etc. Hold them accountable.

Yesterday I argued in the Supreme Court to defend a 50 year old law that prevent corruption in our campaign finance system. Meanwhile, Republicans are attacking the 60 year old Voting Rights Act in SCOTUS as well. We won't let them gut democracy without a fight.

I'm former 24th STS. I've been embedded with DEVGRU.. what they trained to do, I trained to do. I'm also a merchant captain. We shouldn't be taking VZ's ships in the first place. But if it's going to happen, we're not at war and there's no reason to put a firearm in a merchant sailor's face.
