It takes less time to get up to speed about HIV than it does to do your weekly online food shop, and you’ll only have to do it once. Just do it - you might learn something you didn’t know before and if everyone you know does it too that’s how real change happens and the world becomes a better place

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.
