i know i said i wanted to do the locket-focused chapter next but I'm still not totally decided for umm.. plot reasons lol.. either way, I'll probably sit on it for a while as i go back to working on NRD. but i dont expect to keep FFAK on hiatus for very long this time!

its been a little over 1 year & 1 month since i started ch17, which a lot of that time was actually spent with it in hiatus as i worked on NRD instead.. but it still is nice to get closer to finishing another FFAK chapter!

i think im only 10~15 ? pages away from finishing this FFAK chapter. but im a bit burnt out because my bedroom is SO COLD its hard to draw. but i'll get there soon..

BTW i am working on new NRD pages and already have the next batch sketched, this FFAK chapter is just nearly done so i'm still mostly focusing on it atm. :)

kinda aiming for ch18 to be around 200-250 pages, so like a "mini" chapter for ffak standards as its just the locket scenes i didnt get to draw.. but we'll see how that actually goes lol.

i still had to cut it completely in half and i think the cover now makes less sense than it would if i didnt LMAOO but thats like kind of a basic thing that happens to me with my comic chapters.. it almost always happens...

i almost never can really "stick to my plans" for a comic chapter, regardless of what series, just because i will always try to cram in more scenes than i can draw - or invent new ones on the fly to help with flow - but in general i think ch 17 actually stuck more to the plan than usual.
