It would be easy to do, too - they already use it, but it’s a special version ACA federal exchange, with, of course, with access better plans than are available to the general public in the same area also using the exchange. It’s all through DCHealthLink so really, would be easy to do technically.

Sometimes, when my dog is being Very Corgi like aka a stubborn turd, I am fake mean and tell her nobody loves you. But, then I immediately feel bad, apologize, and give her extra pets and basically, I think she’s made me do this because then I also forget about her being Very Corgi.

Because they’re cheap, even though they can offer dental with no cost to them. And your friend, their company is either *really* cheap and is offering substandard very basic plans that basically keep them from being fined, or they hate their employees, and/or they’re offering illegal-ish plans.
