One of my major annoyances with Team Sonic Racing was how half its damn tracks were just pulled from the All-Stars Racing games.

Initially, I was expecting the same thing with CrossWorlds, but those ones end up just using the motifs and stuff with an original layout atop them.
Which is much better.

Welcome to a new episode of "Knux probably pisses people off with a Sonic games tier list".

Note that the individual placements within the tiers have no meaning, as I'm far too lazy to think about what goes where to that level.

A tier list ranking the various Sonic games.

At the very top is a tier called "S3&K My Beloved", containing only Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
The A tier contains: Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic Colours DS, Sonic Generations, Shadow Generations, Sonic Rush, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity and Sonic Racing Crossworlds.
The B tier contains: Sonic 1 (both the Mega Drive and Master System versions), Sonic Mania, Sonic Superstars, Sonic R, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (specifically the Mega Drive version), Sonic Adventure, Sonic Heroes, Sonic and the Black Knight, Sonic Colours, Sonic Frontiers, Sonic Pocket Adventure, Sonic Advance, Sonic Riders, Sonic Rush Adventure, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed and Sonic Dash.
The C tier contains: Sonic 2 (specifically the Mega Drive version), Sonic 4: Episode 1, Sonic Spinball (specifically the Mega Driver version), the Game Gear version of Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Sonic 3D Blast, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic '06, Sonic Generations 3DS, Sonic Lost World, Sonic Forces, Sonic Advance 2 and 3 and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.
The D tier contains: Sonic 2 (specifically the Master System version), Sonic 4: Episode 2, Knuckles' Chaotix, Sonic The Fighters, Sonic Chaos, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Rivals 2, Sonic Battle and Sonic Jump Fever.
The E tier contains: Sonic Spinball's 8-bit version, Sonic Drift 1 and 2, Sonic Labyrinth, Sonic and the Secret Rings, Sonic Unleashed's Wii/PS2 version, Sonic Rivals, Sonic Shuffle and Sonic Jump.
Rather than being called Tier F, the next tier is labelled as "Hahaha No", containing: Sonic Genesis, Sonic CD, Sonic Blast, Sonic Jam's Game.Com game, Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Lost World's 3DS version, Sonic Free Riders, Team Sonic Racing and Sonic Chronicles.

The remaining tiers are for games I haven't played much of/at all, rereleases/compilations, mods/fangames and some other oddities. Alongside the Olypmic Games based games.

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

I know that I'm missing 5 Relics and thus 5%, but I'm not sure I can be bothered to be honest.

Wrath of Cortex is still a game I hold a lot of childhood love for, but putting that aside, I can really see why people don't like it.
