I really want to believe this is true.
I’ve heard the story is that he’s actually a pretty dedicated Rams fan and the league wanted him to wear a hat of either the Packers or 49ers at the NFCCG, but as a rams fan, refused to don another teams gear so the NFL hat was the only one he’d agree to wear.

As our first post here, here's an image from our first presentation on college football rivalries (from 2014). It's from a social network analysis, where nodes are teams and the thickness of the lines between them vary based on rivalry strength within the dyad. (1/2)
