Met deze kennis is de CO2-uitstoot reduceren nog belangrijker. En naast bos beschermen tegen houtkap, wordt ook goed bosbeheer meer van belang.

Veel bossen nemen minder CO2 op dan verwacht, dus rekenen we ons snel te rijk met klimaatbeleid
De rem op klimaatverandering – bossen, bodems en oceanen – hapert door extreem weer. Toch rekenen landen wel op deze natuurlijke CO2-reductie.
