Hey Blue Sky, Iggy needs a kidney!

Iggy needs one to live. We each need one to live. Most of us are born with two good ones, so the math works out!

Anyway, who will join me in doing the forms to check for a match?
iggydinosaur.bsky.social
Hey!. So just getting the word out on this and I put a little explainer together about how you can help.
The really short message is: genetics suck, need a living donor for a kidney.
It'd mean the world to me if you spread this around so ppl know! Thanks!

I don’t recommend LLMs as sources. They fabricate ideas from nothing, misrepresent their sources, and often cite fabricated sources.

A toddler can do that for you. 😆

got to see a cute little old dog I know this morning. He is still cute and little. 🥰

-sigh-

I’m going to drift off to sleep very contented with the events of these two days. 😴

What a super fine weekend. 😊

Date 1 - very cute, nice, sweet, will see again soon

Date 2 - a debacle but gone from my life, thankfully

Date 3 - nice but clearly not dating material, will see again in a few months to catch up as friends

Bartender - bonus new friend?, flirting with me?

Plus, I

I buy US made clothing whenever I can, and here is why: I pay more, but it lasts longer.

I can go pay $8 for a t-shirt at a big box store, and it will have holes within 10 wears.

I can go pay $25 for a t-shirt from Pact, and it will have no holes after 30+ wears.

I can pay $20 for imported

compression socks, but they have runs after 3 wears.

I can pay $30 for ProCompression socks that say “made in USA,” but they have no holes after 5 years of routine use.

The imported clothes are cheaper in part because of labor costs but also because of cutting corners on materials and processes.

Glad you mentioned this. A film maker today told me how that scene mirrored Nazi propaganda tactics of the 1930s.

The sources would be recent rulings compared against SCOTUS rulings from the past centuries as well as against the text of the Constitution, Federalist Papers, and other primary historical sources regarding the intent of the constitution.

They're seeing that the John Roberts Court is the most corrupt SCOTUS in the history of the country
kittysghost.bsky.social
Not necessarily. The NYT maintains a large circulation, and there are still plenty of citizens with their heads in the sands.

I know a high number of lawyers who don’t even follow what SCOTUS does; it’s good for the issue to get more attention this way.

Absolutely. The merits decisions have been full of factual misrepresentations and outright lies.

No wonder they have taken to issuing rulings with no writing whatsoever.

Seriously, Judges *do no do things like this*

They don't give their opinion to the media

They don't criticize how SCOTUS works

This is them breaking the emergency glass, folks

Noem even posted a photo of one thug holding the gun in a way that would injure *him* if he were to fire it.

Gazans march north again, returning to homes made of rubble
As Palestinians return to the rubble of their homes, the effects of the genocide are being felt amid heightened social unrest. “This war broke us,” one returnee to Gaza City told Mondoweiss. “It…

Process knowledge is very valuable. It’s a shame no one has accepted help.

Never forget this: The forces rigging our economy, undermining our democracy, polluting our planet, and stoking hatred are counting on you to give up. Cynicism is how they win. Stay clear-eyed and ready for the fight ahead.

One more time: As it’s not “weaponization of justice” for law enforcement to prosecute someone who committed crimes trying to rob a bank, it’s also not weaponization of justice for law enforcement to prosecute someone who committed crimes trying to overthrow an American election.

Thug’s log, day 4:

I’m afraid of the unicorn more than the frog. The costumes prevent movements like running, but the horn is so erotic to me.

I’m afraid someone will notice my interest. I fled farther to avoid any possible notice of my excitement.

Then I said it was violence to cover for myself.
