thinking about revisiting my hand painted "re-painter" custom node with these new substance designer nodes. 30 seconds of messing around with them and realizing it bypasses 90% of the work I did. these are stable, way better than the insane shit I was doing

successful test. added some additional brushstrokes on top with sampled vibrated color (quantize color simple with 12 colors per channel). normal map and AO get the same treatment/settings

Give yourself 3 months of dedicated art practice AND:

- Draw 30-60 min a day minimum
- Draw what you love
- Surround yourself with creative people
- Analyze what is working/not working in your practice
- Regularly ask for feedback from peers
