I got some new batteries for my selfie stick remote, so I don't have to push the camera button on my phone. It worked great

So, one of the things I'm putting together for my ACES kit, is making sure I have the alpha strike cards for all the 'Mechs from the Alpha Strike Boxed set, plus the 'Mechs, and the terrain. The two practice missions are great, and a wonderful primer to introduce Alpha Strike and Aces.

#Battletech ACES, mission 2 - we introduced Waypoints. And I didn't notice the Timber Wolf deployed with the Warhawk and the Nova. Still, the WH and N were up for the challenge, destroying the Wasp and putting the Wraith in forced withdrawal. The players won, but not a total victory.

Ran the first two Practice missions from #Battletech ACES today. Had a blast. The first game, both Clan 'Mechs were destroyed, the Marauder II was savaged, and the Flashman virtually untouched..

It is with heavy heart that I've made the call to the vet. Grilka has been having seizures and is no longer enjoying any quality of life. She'll be crossing the rainbow bridge later this morning.
'25 has been a helluv a year, Koloth and K'mpec also crossing. I will miss her.

Man, I had forgotten how amazing the production design for Blade Runner was. I'm watching Blade Runner the Final Cut, and I'm one of those weird people who do miss Ford's voiceover, even if he does sound uninterested, that's the Blade Runner I grew up on hah.
