chastity day 11: we stopped today. Mrs. Key tried to feel it but couldn't, despite my best efforts to help, adore, & support. That left me confused, sad and emotional. She didn't want me like that anymore. I still feel Iike a failure that can't put my wife first. And a stomach bug, so no cuddles.
Ug, I felt very emotional and needed to get rid of this pent up 'whatever' so I watched Johnny Cash's Hurt cover and had a big ugly cry.
Now my sinuses hurt because that video does more in 4 minutes than Graham Greene did in a lifetime of books, and I LOVE GG.

#chastity day 8: I have to remind myself that chastity isn't a magic wand, it's just a tool. It amplifies only what you put into it. It's humbling b/c sometimes you're gooey and luvvy right out of the gate and some times you're just a guy in a cage for a while. Today is better than yesterday.

Alt: Robert Downey Jr is frustrated because the thing he wanted, that he JUST DID successfully for a month is not turning out the same.
The onservable outcome is not the same and there is a place he wants to get back to with chastity that he isn't at yet, and 8 days seems like a long time. He knows that, really, it's something he is not doing, or committing to, but still it is frustrating as all get out.
He wants to be there for Mrs. Key, and he was hoping rather selfishly, that the lingerie he wore would be as exciting for her as it was for him. Instead, while she was ever patient, it triggered fair worries that I might be changing, that though a very, very slim chance, she didn't want there to be two Mrs. Keys. I reassured her thst was not happening, but I think it put a damper on her enjoyment.
So, this leads to a frustration of a different kind in chastity than one normally expects. But we soldier on! Tomorrow is another day.
