For YouTube it will likely depend on what they want to be. Is it the next Netflix, TikTok, or stay YouTube. Right now, they don't seem to have an answer which makes it impossible to predict how badly this will end.
The problem is, there is no good way of verifying human authorship, unless you record yourself typing every word. Any AI detection fails miserably, especially on complicated texts or if the author is strictly adhering to grammar rules. Thus, there isn't any good way to verify human authorship.
