Done, reinstalled all the mods I was using(& a few new ones) for original Oblivion on this PC,I may not had to do all this hours of sorting, may have to simply rename the obse_loader to as the OblivionLauncher to make NorthernUI mod to work properly on this Win11 PC (Last PC was Win10), too late now
