Tbh I never asked for a really great community between vrc and IRL helping me. Even when I am not around I'm still want to be able to exist around both even when I am absent.

There's things that the avi ranking doesn't track that can potentially be very expensive in true performance. Mainly animator layers and shaders.
Animator layers - more layers is generally more expensive
Shaders - no good way for vrc to benchmark the performance for these on an avi to avi basis tbh

Actually got to experience a proper VRC オフ会
