We’re in court to preserve the evidence in Alex Pretti’s case, and we’re still fighting to get access to Renee Good’s files too. The feds locked state investigators out before, and we won’t let that happen again. Minnesota deserves a case we can trust, with all the facts on the table.

Today at 9 am, I’m in federal court fighting for Minnesota and seeking a restraining order to stop ICE’s unlawful and unconstitutional occupation of our state.
No one is above the law. No Minnesotan is beneath it.

I don’t see too many people talking about what an incredible accomplishment it was for MN officials and lawyers to get those affidavits and that motion written and filed and to get a Trump appointed judge to issue a TRO against the feds to stop them from destroying evidence - all in the same day.
