A Nothosaurus (semi-aquatic sauropterygian reptile in the Triassic period) on the beach, basking off a cloudy sunrise. In the background there is foliage. (Never mind some potentially anachronistic flora...) A group of various Nari individuals with varying colours that match the wheel of their respective hues (divided up to eight), though some of them do not necessarily match the same colour. In the centre is the text "Color Wheel Challenge: Naric Edition", with the time of the project starting on 25th February 2025 and ending on 3rd March 2025. There are two major distinct types of Nari depicted, the original "ghouls" (those without a set of underbelly scales and with ears) and the modified "draconians" (those with dragon/dinosaur-like features). A full portrait of Caphalia Solis (some character I made in May 2024 to pad out history), a were-Liopleurodon (or is it just a generic anthro Liopleurodon?) in the usual form taken for a werebeast in this "world" and her animal form behind her. A slender, amphibious, biolumniscent predator that is seeking out some swimming "fish" (also biolumniscent) in shallow waters where they generally reside. It usually stays out the water for a few minutes (holding onto its gills) before it surrounds and strangles smaller prey.

Little overdue piece in the back of my head, but basically I finally got around to doing a space dragon (for real) since even the "feral" Dracoghouls are aliens by origin.

The second one is the same character as the first - just with a full feral design. I figured if you were to practice feral or animal characters (as with one example), might be something to try.

They are anthro/humanoid alien dragons known as the Nari or as a variant of the Naric ghoul, Dracoghouls. Ptekworn Isollenth | I (O), 160 cm (5’3”), Astral A teal astral dragon with wyvern-styled wings, red eyes, orange ventral scales and a short beak. Their ventral wing membranes have three colours from the arms to the end of the wings - purple, light purple-blue (with splotches around the top purple) and blue. This pattern is also reflected on his headcrest. Ptekworn has a medium-length tail. Kroloxgnarli Xaleq | M, 141 cm (4’7”), Astral A koboldic cyan-scaled astral dragon with fin-ears and a ceratopsian-styled crest with green-pink head frills. He has green patterns that are subtly woven through his scales and has a medium-length tail. Lenu Xaleq | F, 178 cm (5’10”), Arid A pale purple-scaled arid dragon with dark purple ventral scales. She has red eyes, medium-long golden brown hair, wide pointed ears and magenta head-fins. Lenu also has a short tail.

I honestly don't feel for RGB lighting for PCs - I would be just happy without them. Its gimmicky and sometimes distracting in a way, just using that as a "gamer aesthetic" is iffy.

I do creature designs for myself - and a whole lot of worldbuilding (currently fixed on trying to get Drachor done), though much of it is just a hobby (maybe paid soon?). Sometimes I will do paleoart or outside of the box (specevo) but mostly atm its just dragons.
A group of various Nari individuals with varying colours that match the wheel of their respective hues (divided up to eight), though some of them do not necessarily match the same colour. In the centre is the text "Color Wheel Challenge: Naric Edition", with the time of the project starting on 25th February 2025 and ending on 3rd March 2025. There are two major distinct types of Nari depicted, the original "ghouls" (those without a set of underbelly scales and with ears) and the modified "draconians" (those with dragon/dinosaur-like features). An infographic or diagram of the gaukogag ("guivre" as a human exonym), a carnivorous wyvern-like false terror bird known as Pseudophurorhacidae, which they are part of it. They are the largest species of that subgroup, which are distinguished from true flying dragons/paramammals known as lungids, but are close relatives of it who have developed wings but never be able to fully take off in flight. Shown here are the range map of a specific species of it (G. gaucia), alongside both male and female individuals compared to an average nari (1.8 metres), with the female gaukogag being the tallest by 2.6 metres. An image in which a blue orb resembling a pulsar star rips through the image and segmenting it into a cross-section of four separate scenes. Also wears a spacesuit - and has a watch. Two sky blue draconians (or Dracoghouls), where the right is vaguely ghoul-like though distinguished by his webbed hands and dark segmented ridges and the left is a proper dragon with goggles, looks over their larger boat with a smaller boat stand with three Naric ghouls. The middle boat ghoul looks at the two onlookers, convincing them of a sale, while the right ghoul on the boat holds a paddle and the large, left ghoul looks at the lone blue ghoul on the platform with his small pet pseudo-rodent (descended like all of them, from native Drachic wildlife). On the top right are two conversing Dracoghouls, one on the left is a light pink ghoul talking, while on the right is a “mekhira” (a half-dragon/half-ghoul Nari hybrid that is rare due to draconic assimilation but sometimes happens in their kind in contemporary times), pushing a small cart carrying frozen ice. This is set in a tropical, wetland location where travelling by river is a social custom for the Nari on this planet.

Epbor Kordat (GT25-29) M, he/they, 1.68 m (5'6"), Crogvor/Alpine An orange ghoul with pink eyes and a rounded beak. He has a medium-short tail and a light yellow reptilian/lizard-like familiar. Pharokh Ghouling (GT25-30) F, she/they, 2.08 m (6'10"), Drollic/Tundra A slim, tall pale green ghoul with blue eyes and pale brown hair. Her beak goes downward and she has a short tail. Yn'orn Draklugnollrak (GT25-31) M, he/they, 1.51 m (4'11"), Narican/Abyssal A short (koboldic) dark teal ghoul with short brown hair, blue eyes and a short tail. Idomollmuk Kistz-Skorne (GT25-32) F, she/they, 1.84 m (6'0"), Narican/Continental A muscular dark teal ghoul with some darkened skin around her head and limbs from aging. She has lime eyes, an extra dewclaw digit on her feet and very long brown hair. Idolmollmuk is also a rare tailless ghoul from hatch. Opalkut Rakquti (GT25-33) M, he/they, 1.82 m (6'0"), Syllkrin/Alpine A pale purple-pink ghoul who is bald and has yellow eyes. He has a medium-length tail. Mekszik Aggrukikall (GT25-34) M, he/they, 1.76 m (5'9"), Pythuric/Continental A large/wide dark purple ghoul with long pointed ears, light cyan eyes and medium-length brown-grey hair. He has a medium-length tail and his left leg (up to the knees) had been replaced with a mechanical prosthetic - lost from a shark* incident. Ragumei Kven (GT25-35) F, she/they, 1.66 m (5'5"), Narican/Volcanic A magenta ghoul with short white hair, blue eyes and a hooked beak. She also has a long but thin tail with visible spinal ridges along her back. Oxogar Kven (GT25-36) I (F), she/they, 1.55 m (5'1"), Narican/Astral A light green ghoul with medium-long brown hair, brown eyes and a "plump" beak. She has a long tail, though it is also thick.

Also wears a spacesuit - and has a watch. An upright sophont gorgonopsian (or gorgonopsid; a synapsid/mammal-like reptile with saber teeth) with a headphone and microphone speaks in a lecture demonstrating ecological collapse in Permian Earth (shown with the continent of Pangea) from their own causes, which is projected at the back of the large lecture room of a theatre. In the foreground are two of the same gorgonopsian students or viewers of the climate lecture given by the lecturer, with only their heads visible in the composition. Other parts of the composition include a laptop with a small server computer, surround audio with two large speakers between the image projection, an exit door and a window with closed curtains to hide the daylight. An infographic or diagram of the gaukogag ("guivre" as a human exonym), a carnivorous wyvern-like false terror bird known as Pseudophurorhacidae, which they are part of it. They are the largest species of that subgroup, which are distinguished from true flying dragons/paramammals known as lungids, but are close relatives of it who have developed wings but never be able to fully take off in flight. Shown here are the range map of a specific species of it (G. gaucia), alongside both male and female individuals compared to an average nari (1.8 metres), with the female gaukogag being the tallest by 2.6 metres. I rarely don't do a lot of fanart so I personally fit better with doing OC art basically XD because I don't like giving them away - but I also hoard a lot of characters at once so...
