I told my boss that I was a few days behind on charts and she’s like isn’t the 4 hours of admin time enough during the week? And I just blankly starred at her, like that 4 hours is actually 2 hrs (so 30 mins per day) bc why should I be expected to work during my lunch? So no, it’s not enough

Many of my appts are related to mood disorders bc there are like zero mental health offices near us, and I love getting a GAD7 to go from 20 to 6 in one month🫶🏼🫶🏼 (PHQ9 also greatly improved!)
