I first read this as Dracula resurrected by an oculist & thought why is an eye doctor bringing back Dracula but then again, why not? Maybe existing without sun ruined his eyes. #TCMParty
I wouldn't work for Meta on a bet but it's worth noting these highly paid entry level jobs (assuming they're not bogus) are requiring hands on tech skills 'one of the following: PHP and Hack, C++, Python...' so AI is clearly not replacing everything just yet
Meta is hiring entry-level roles that pay up to $290,000 a year and require little prior experience
The $1.8 trillion tech giant is looking for software engineers, only requiring a bachelor’s degree and minimal working experience. They’re welcome job postings as many tech companies cut back on hirin...

How can that even be proposed when they’ve had down quarters and fallen sales in Europe & here? He must have dirt on the board members.
Well, at least she’s honest about it.

I think to make it more fair Ohtani should go play for the Brewers for the last two innings.

This reminded me of how, before it was announced, the Segway was supposed to be the greatest invention in human history that would fundamentally change what it meant to be a person.
Seems to me like "revolutionary" is a label which should be applied retrospectively and not in the moment of its supposed revolution

Many "revolutionary" inventions fail to live up to the hype, many inventions not hailed as revolutionary wind up being revolutionary in hindsight.

It is impossible to understand the Supreme Court’s Voting Rights Act cases without the context that John Roberts has hated the Voting Rights Act since he was working to water it down as a 26-year-old Reagan staffer. This is his life’s work, and he can’t wait to finish the job.
Killing the Voting Rights Act Is John Roberts’s Life’s Work
As a 26-year-old Reagan staffer, Roberts was already convinced the Voting Rights Act had to go. He can’t wait to finish the job.

No. She's 77 years old. Dem voters should refuse to vote for any first-time candidates over 60 and any incumbents over 70. Elderly Dems dying in office is a real problem — Rs would have a much slimmer House majority right now if ancient Dems weren't dropping dead.

“50 years in the making” This is what Schumer doesn’t get - this was enabled by a decades long conspiracy that started with local elections and built from there. There’d be no 6-3 Supreme Court without decades of Federalist Society judges. Old school Dems like Schumer ignored or minimized that.

Born Today, Oct 16, in 1917, Alice Pearce - over 40 roles including On the Town, The Disorderly Orderly, The Glass Bottom Boat - & of course nosy Mrs Kravitz (#1) on TV's Bewitched.
Not if you’re getting waxed on the regular which is probably the demo they’re shooting for.
She’s morphed into her South Park counterpart
