I’m Karon. Brought up through the ad agency side of games, and now I dabble a bit in writing and narrative design.

Long shot, but once peanut butter fell directly on the mic and speaker grille of my phone and in addition to cleaning what I could on the outside

I did this and I did notice that I could hear better through the grille and my mic was picked up better:
