In the wake of the antisemitic hate crime mass shooting in Sydney, I worry that both State and Federal governments will overreact & severely curtail necessary freedoms for a just Democracy.
Because that's what they always have done across the western sphere since 9/11 & look where that's gotten us

Last night's biggest surprise was Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic, led by Casey Hudson, who directed KOTOR (and Anthem). Exciting news for lots of people... but Lucasfilm says the studio was founded this year, which means that 2030 is an *optimistic* guess. Maybe it'll be a PlayStation 7 game

It was nice to get Jolene back as this version of T'pol (which isn't the version we knew), but she was wasted by that terrible episode. Easily Lower Decks' worst and one of the very worst in the franchise. I really don't like when Star Trek does this kind of navel gazing fanwank.

I know there are a bunch of people who wont watch Starfleet Academy because they've been repeatedly told its going to be a teen angst/drama show.
If people watch it and don't like it, ABSOLUTELY fair and no problem.
