These notices are not only illegal but unprofessional and sound like a 10-yr-old playground bully wrote them.

This is a violation of the Hatch Act - Federal agencies and employees must be non-partisan. In addition, this makes them sound like a whiney, 10 year old playground bully not a professional, legitimate government agency.
