This is terrifying. State-run media is not the end-game that we want to achieve. It's bad enough that billionaires are consolidating power by buying and merging media sources. It's even worse when they hand over the keys to the state.

The aftermath... Clearly, I need to work on the timing. I shouldn't be pulling them out of the smoker after midnight. But it's pretty damn tasty! Both the pork belly and country style ribs came out great. Need to try brining.
