On this week's pod, we linked up with TrueHoop's Henry Abbott to talk about his new book 'Ballistic: The New Science of Injury-Free Athletic Performance', how it can prevent NBA injuries, help us know when it's safe for Jayson Tatum to return, and how we can improve our own health. Check it out!

I was a big tanking advocate at the start of the season, but there's something really good happening here with this Celtics team, and sometimes in the NBA it's better to let good things unfold than to try to force a square tank into a round hole.

No matter who plays, no matter when the game is, Boston Celtics vs. Los Angeles Lakers will always mean something.

Here’s one vote that the hot Celtics should still tank this season. But it’s evident they’re much too prideful to do so. - The Boston Globe
The most enjoyable plot twist of this season has been the emergence of assorted members of the supporting cast around the veteran stalwarts.
