Lol. There is that. Depression and angst is more lyrically inspiring.

Friends during the 24hr TT blackout: "You really just deleted your account? Why?"

Me: "Because I can read the writing on the wall."

Friends: "Ugh. Stop being dramatic. Not everything is about politics."

Me: "This definitely is. Propaganda HQ coming up"

Feeling validated, but sad nonetheless.

That said, this video is spot on in its critique.

She's been down before, she rises up again. I get the frustration, but I think Taylor is in her IDGAF era.

Yet another instance of "if you're not terrified, you're not paying attention."

I don’t know who needs to hear this but the CDC is being eviscerated right now. America is not going to have any kind of outbreak response capacity after tonight. Americans’ health data is no longer secure. Say goodbye to federal public health in any capacity. It’s a disaster. We won’t recover.

So great to see you here! I have admired your work for decades. Inspired me to be a green burial advocate (what a rabbit hole that has been!) May you be well, happy and peaceful today and always. Blessed be!

Not sure how I got on Ferretsky, but I'm not complaining

Parable of the Sower. I always wanted to see it made into a movie...but not a documentary.

Ok. Now I'm weepy again (happens a lot these days). I am sorry for your loss, too. See you in the streets.

My Mom's Celebration of Life is from 12-2 that day (she passed on the 6th of September). In her honor, I'll be heading to a protest that starts at 3pm. She hated Trump.

Something tells me this won't drop the price of groceries. Just a guess

Not that I agree with her stances on the privatization of natural resources or alleged support of US intervention. I don't. But free and fair elections are something I deeply miss, and fear will not be seen again in US in my lifetime.

The details matter - she trained over a million people to be election monitors and kept and documented a literal paper trail of votes so that the results would be irrefutable. We need to follow her lead (but without the exile of the democratically-elected winner part).

The snowbird plan should really go November to April, though.

I do. Standing on the el platform, boogers freezing instantly into pebbles in my nose, postholing steps on the sidewalk in knee-deep snow. No thanks. I remember why we moved to NM.

Folks who think "cats are not loving" have never been loved by a cat.

I stand with her.

This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system.

I am not fearful — I am fearless.

We will fight these baseless charges aggressively, and my office will continue to fiercely protect New Yorkers and their rights..

One thing we've learned from the American judicial system: The first 34 felonies are on the house*.

*Terms and conditions may apply. See prosecutors for details if you're not white. Or rich.

Detoxing without support can be life-threatening. Definitely find someone to monitor your progress. Sending you good mojo from across the pond.

I'll believe it when I see it, but still ❤️ for the smidge of hope

I can’t believe I have to say this, but historically, masked men who kidnap families in the middle of the night are usually not the good guys.
