This is so true. AI should be there to empower and maximize human’s talents. I think this is very short sighted approach and one that will eventually cause this businesses to implode. A business biggest resource has and will always be their employees.
AI can do tasks, and AI can answer questions, but AI can’t understand user/business needs and innovate. By cutting off the junior talent pipelines by replacing junior talent with AI, you’re losing out on fresh blood and new ideas, and effectively pickling your company.
there's a lot of breathless speculation masquerading as analysis both from axios and from amodei here, but even if i agreed with some of what he says (and, disclosure, i do), these are business problems to manage, and he's leaving a lot of important variables out of his predictions

New experiment. This time I tried something a bit different. I created something using #photoshop and #davinciresolve then using my#iphone and some filters I recorded the screen on my computer which gave me this cool effect.

Goal for today develop proof of concept app using react, tailwind and pocket base. Why you ask? Because I want you to create my own playground of tools and utilities. Maybe I’ll make them public eventually.
