I know what you mean. I feel so bad for Mary Wiseman, as she really bore the brunt of the hate and bodyshaming throughout DSC. I had worried that was why she was barely in Season 4 and is potentially only going to have a cameo in SFA (although both could just be because she’s busy elsewhere!).

I’ve truly enjoyed both shows. It’s sad they’ve both come to an end, as we need more stuff that makes us laugh, now more than ever. Believe me, they’ve both consistently made me laugh every single episode, but also made me care about the characters too. Many thanks to you and your production staff.👏

I’ve seen comments and press articles. People saying the show’s going to be “full of teen sex”, “cross-dressing Klingons”, “kids saving the day like Wesley Crusher” etc. Not to mention the usual “no one wants this!”🙄

Already the hate comments and trolling have begun for #StarfleetAcademy . Seriously, can’t you all just stop and actually WATCH the show before slagging it off? It honestly means so much to the cast and crew that they’ve got a chance to make it and they’re excited to show it off. Don’t ruin that!

They’ve done a really good job properly fleshing out and humanising the characters. They could’ve easily made them stereotypical, “bwah ha ha”, moustache-twirling villains (which they had been up to now!).😀👏

I must admit to feeling rather confused and disappointed by it, especially as I’d already known that James Gunn had no plans for further seasons. It didn’t feel like either a season or series finale. I also thought the Flag stuff felt off, as if he’d suddenly stopped caring about human lives.

Regarding that bittersweet moment about Pike and Una missing cool space stuff, I actually interpreted it as Una being the one potentially leaving, rather than Pike. We obviously know what happens to Pike in the future, but we don’t know what happens to Una. Might she leave before Pike?🤔
