Baking the delicious apple cake from the diabetes cookbook. Again with gluten-free and ground almonds, but also Flora vegan marg due to EDS difficulties with dairy at the moment (not me). I love the way it goes crispy and browns all lovely on the top. That'll be the coconut oil. 😍

Had to walk back from the gym because I keep falling in between buses and the one I want to get in is usually standing only. Total exercise 120 mins. 843 calories burned.

Wake up Dead Man on Netflix is brilliant. It's the third film in the Knives Out series.

I've set a moth trap on top of a pair of socks I never wear and don't care much for and I can't rest for the thought that they'll be stuck in pain 🤨🤔

Collected my prescription in town and my bag has a support line number for terminal illness. Maybe I should take my medicine out and throw away the bag so I can forget about the thought.

NEW: Five years of social media history is only a fraction of what the US Government will shortly demand of overseas visitors.

The full requirements will end tourism in the United States.

Below is the full, mind-blowing list.

I think it’s also true that loneliness among women has historically been treated as an individual problem, while loneliness among men is treated as a societal problem. That, in turn, comes from an assumption that women are supposed to earn the company of others while men are entitled to it.
men’s loneliness gets “more airtime”?

baby I have lived the past three decades of my life witnessing corporate media elevate men’s loneliness into a full-blown balls-to-the-wall CRISIS once every 4-5 years

“more airtime” is hilarious
