How cool would it be for a nuclear energy podcast to win a Shorty Award?! ⚛️✨

YOU can help make it happen! Fissionary is a finalist, and I’d be so grateful if you took a minute to vote! 🙌

Trip of a lifetime traveling to the U.K. for the Nuclear Energy Institute’s trade mission. Couldn’t imagine getting to do anything this cool while supporting and celebrating the important work my colleagues and our U.K. partners are doing to bring more gigawatts of clean energy online. ⚛️

Go visit my hubby’s mojo dojo casa museum! He’s Kenough. 🛼💕😜

The paper is DOWN. Mad love for everyone who raised hell. ✊ NPR’s story doesn’t say covering the exhibit was NOT a decision by museum staff. They stand with history.

Was keeping my 🤐, but I’ve seen enough of him being called a Nazi.

👇 You want Alex’s expertise and his byline. One of the best reporters covering energy and climate. I work in this industry and I still learn something every time I read one of Alex’s stories. He’s that good.
I have some exciting opportunities already lined up. I’ll have more to say about that in the days and weeks to come. But I am open for business. If you want my byline or my expertise, now's the time to reach out and get on my schedule before one of my other suitors makes me an offer I can’t refuse.

3/ Thus, I committed to folding a paper crane for every day of this second Trump Presidency. To create a small piece of art in the midst of all this ugly destruction. To spend the time folding meditating on things we might still hope for and peace for those who need it.

1/ I learned how to fold paper cranes in 4th grade when my class read "Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes." I had no idea then that I would spend so much of my career working on both sides of the nuclear field--weapons and energy.

I suck at self-promotion, but since it’s the gift-giving season…I’ve written three books. People outside my family have enjoyed them.

Nuking the Moon (quirky history!)
The Nuclear Spies (more serious, but spooks, nukes, and Nazis)
Covert City (the city built by spies)
