Good. Employers are way OP at the moment.

We also need to get paid for our time to attend job interviews and any work we have to do as part of the interview process. There's way too much abuse occurring right now.

California just banned employers from forcing workers to pay a debt, fee, or penalty to leave their job.

Bosses have increasingly been trapping workers with debts incurred in training and other exploitative fees.

Now that's illegal in the nation's biggest state.
