I hope you don't feel pressure to be constantly at your best right now! The world is tumultuous and scary, so if all you can do right now is figure out where you fit in the world and who you are to yourself, then that's incredibly powerful and healing work!

My hair grows quickly, so I'm typically usually down for the "maintenance and let it keep growing" because then later you have more of a palette to work with.
