Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.
There has never been a President that has worked as hard as me! My hours are the longest, and my results are among the best. I’ve stopped Eight Wars, saving many millions of lives in the process, created the Greatest Economy in the History of our Country, brought Business back into the United States at levels never seen before, rebuilt our Military, created the Largest Tax Cuts and Regulation Cuts, EVER, closed our open and very dangerous Southern Border, when previous Administrations were unable to do so, and created an “aura” around the United States of America that has led every Country in the World to respect us more than ever before. In addition to all of that, I go out of my way to do long, thorough, and very boring Medical Examinations at the Great Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, seen and supervised by top doctors, all of whom have given me PERFECT Marks — Some have even said they have never seen such Strong Results. I do these Tests because I owe it to our Country. In addition to the Medical, I have done something that no other President has done, on three separate occasions, the last one being recently, by taking what is known as a Cognitive Examination, something which few people would be able to do very well, including those working at The New York Times, and I ACED all three of them in front of large numbers of doctors and experts, most of whom I do not know. I have been told that few people have been able to “ace” this Examination and, in fact, most do very poorly, which is why many other Presidents have decided not to take it at all. Despite all of this, the time and work involved, The New York Times, and some others, like to pretend that I am “slowing up,” am maybe not as sharp as I once was, or am in poor physical health, knowing that it is not true, and knowing that I work very hard, probably harder than I have ever worked before. I will know when I am “slowing up,” but it’s not now! After all of the work I have done with Medical Exams, Cognitive Exams, and everything else, I actually believe it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean “THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.” They are true Enemies of the People, and we should do something about it. They have inaccurately reported on all of my Election Results and, in fact, were forced to apologize on much of what they wrote. The best thing that could happen to this Country would be if The New York Times would cease publication because they are a horrible, biased, and untruthful “source” of information. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Travelers visiting the United States from countries like Britain, France, Germany and South Korea could soon have to undergo a review of up to five years of their social media history, according to a proposal filed on Tuesday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The change would affect visitors eligible for the visa waiver program, which allows people from 42 countries to travel to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa as long as they first obtain electronic travel authorization. In a document filed on Tuesday in the Federal Register, C.B.P. said it plans to ask applicants for a long list of personal data including social media, email addresses from the last decade, and the names, birth dates, places of residence and birthplaces of parents, spouses, siblings and children. Under the current system, applicants from visa waiver countries must enroll in the Electronic System for Travel Authorization program. They pay $40 and submit an email address, home address, phone number and emergency contact information. The authorization is good for two years.

No one, even her, should receive threats like those, but I'd like to see her own up to the role she played in creating them for others.

But the people in My Undesirable Friends aren’t blithely going about their business as a storm gathers in the distance. As the laws tighten and the months pass, the characters, many of whom work for TV Rain, Russia’s last independent news channel, keep wondering out loud whether it’s finally time to leave the country. But it’s difficult to square their own increasingly fraught situations with the stubborn normalcy of the world around them. Even on the night that Russia started bombing Ukraine, Loktev says, she was waiting for one of her subjects at a café near TV Rain’s offices and realized that the people at the next table were on a Tinder date. “Part of the authoritarian attempt is this sense when you’re living through it that life continues to look normal around you, and you feel slightly schizophrenic,” she says. “You feel like you’re going crazy—like, Is this really happening? There’s still matcha lattes everywhere.”

In truth, neither Congress nor the executive can claim to represent the undivided will of the American people. It is arguable whether such a thing even exists in the American system, as the public is not a single entity but an ever-shifting set of groups and interests. Congress represents the American people in their diverse and fractious unity, and the president represents a will of some of the people, briefly assembled for a fleeting purpose, to dissipate until it forms anew in the next election. It is simply a conceptual error to think of democratic legitimacy as a grant embedded in a single person. It’s better to see it as a relationship between our political institutions and the publics they serve, each responsive to the other as they work together to do the business of government.

it is actually kind of bananas how unitary executive theorists have taken a straightforward clause requiring the president to "faithfully execute the laws" and transformed it into a grant for the exercise of limitless unenumerated power.

The Take Care Clause was a byproduct of the lessons learned from the Glorious Revolution that the executive should not be able to dispense with the law promulgated by the legislature. It was not a constitutional provision to empower the executive branch— but to constrain it!

DOJ wants to force American Oversight to get rid of three pages of a FOIA complaint that lays out DOJ's Jeffrey Epstein cover-up.

The FBI’s review included “digital searches of its databases, hard drives, and network drives as well as physical searches of squad areas, locked cabinets, desks, closets, and other areas where responsive material may have been stored.”5 9. These searches uncovered “more than 300 gigabytes of data and physical evidence.”6 10. The review was conducted by approximately 1,000 FBI personnel, who spent tens of thousands of hours on this effort.7 11. The personnel conducting this review were instructed to “flag” any records mentioning Donald Trump.8 12. The Epstein Memo raised more questions than it answered, contradicting prior statements by Trump Administration officials and prior promises to release the Epstein files. 13. For example, in a February 2025 interview with Fox News, Attorney General Pam Bondi stated that Epstein’s client list was “sitting on my desk right now to review.”9 14. This statement directly conflicts with the Epstein Memo’s conclusion that no such client list exists. 15. Troubling allegations have also been raised regarding the training or instructions given to the FBI personnel who reviewed the Epstein files.
