Well, in a private collection with very, very rare exceptions it is hidden from the public outside of the collector and their family/friends forever. In a storage unit there is a chance it'll come out as part of a display. I could see it coming out every fall during World Series as part of a display

Well, the Taliban is probably in better shape physically than ICE is given the videos I've seen. I'm in bad shape (260 lbs) but they'd probably hire me if I was American (thank goodness I'm not).

Oh I'm sure $4500-$9000 will make homes in Toronto soooo much more affordable. Lets see - median price for a house was $1,170,000 in 3rd Q 2025, so a 0.77% price cut. Wow. Yeah, that makes it affordable for sure. Let's imagine you get homes for half that then it would be a 1.5% cut.

Should be in a museum somewhere - Baseball HOF, Negro League Museum, LA Dodgers HOF (if they have one), heck, a museum in Brooklyn or Montreal even. Sadly it'll probably end up in some billionaires private collection not to be seen again until they die and their kids sell it off.

Bought my daughter 'coyote spray' to be safer, along with a few other items she has 'just in case'. Of course here in Canada guns are a lot less common. Just watch out - the government there is clearly making lists and I suspect any transgender people with guns will be targeted.

Offense vanished. It happens, but damn does it suck. So many swinging at first pitches. Wonder if there is a bit of a drop in intensity from facing the Yankees to facing the Mariners.

Might be time for the USA to put the fairness doctrine back in place, but this time with stronger rules around not lying on air. Much bigger fines that could bankrupt networks.

Wonder if Rickey Henderson had many of them in the playoffs - record for regular season but cannot recall him doing it in the playoffs. I'm sure he must have, just not for us.

A Milwaukee Toronto World Series is a step closer. The nightmare for TV after they got their dream last fall (NYY vs. LAD). But dang, if it wouldn't be entertaining. 2 teams that put the ball in play, who play old-school baseball.

One helps Trump should he need to escape the US quickly at some point, the other helps kids. Given his lifetime pass to Epstein Island it doesn't take much to figure out which is a priority to him.

Saw a little video from a US sports show with Bo hitting and it didn't look good to me (legs seemed to have issues) but I'm hardly an expert and the video could've been cut from a longer session so who knows for sure? I hope he is ready but wouldn't bet on it. Woo for Seattle is a big question too.

I'd like a repeat of that in the USA now. Chop a few billionaires and suddenly they'd start to look at changing their ways. The health care CEO caused a few weeks of concern, but I think it'll take more like 10-20 to get long term change.

This makes things much more interesting - how can Cal Raleigh catch game 1 after 15 innings, over 200 pitches tonight then flying thousands of KM across a border just to play Sunday night? Phew. He'll be on pure adrenaline. Woo has to start game 1 or 2 I'd think with Miller the other.
