Trump and his allies are doing everything they can to raise energy prices for the people who can least afford it. First the budget bill made energy dirtier, scarcer and more expensive. Then EPA started gutting clean vehicle standards, which will make gasoline more expensive. Now, this.
Breaking News: The Trump administration is preparing to terminate $7 billion in federal grants intended to help low- and moderate-income families install solar panels on their homes, according to people briefed on the matter.
E.P.A. Moves to Cancel $7 Billion in Grants for Solar Energy
If finalized, the move would escalate the Trump administration’s efforts to claw back billions of dollars in climate grants awarded under President Biden.

Welp, they're going to do it. They're revoking the 2009 “endangerment finding” that declared greenhouse gases a threat to public health and allowed the EPA to regulate emissions.

The next time Democrats are in charge, they need to pass a law to regulate greenhouse gases.

Donald Trump and Republicans just passed a bill that will:

- Kick 17 million people off their health insurance.
- Shut down 338 rural hospitals.
- Close 579 nursing homes.

This is obscene. People will still get sick — they just won’t have anywhere to go.

Here, from @energyinnovation.org, is a detailed modeling breakdown of the extensive economic damage that the [cough] "Big Beautiful Bill" will do on every individual US state. (Remarkably, yes, it would hurt *every single state*.)

As of Friday, there have been 46 cases in which federal judges have blocked Trump policies.

The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits.

Maybe it's not the judges?

Messaging is important. Speak human, not agency.
You say: they shutdown USAID.

You mean: they illegally broke in to a secure facility over a weekend, hijacked sensitive data on vulnerable people and US businesses, destroyed property Americans paid for, cut off resources for sick and hungry families, and fired Americans across the country.
