Three hours on low heat behind it. Now it comes off so the flavours can blend then it'll be another hour or two tomorrow before we actually eat any of it.

Sure it's dark at 5 pm now but I have chili cooking on the stove, a roast chicken for dinner in the oven and veggies prepped for making stock when the chicken is done. We're leaning all the way in on fall vibes today. Soup and chili for dayyyyssss
